I can't turn my back for a second. It's also a lttle disturbing that he can't leave the house right now without putting his "hat" on. This kid lives in a bubble.

First off- where was this picture taken? How come I have never seen that rug before? Secondly, I love this kiddo. He makes my insides smile. Even when he has a blue mouth.
His hat! That kills me. Declan has been inseparable from a box that one of Justin's State Farm flashlights came in. What's with these kids?
